Esri EPC / DevSum 2025

Esri Partner Conference and Developer Summit 2025

Palm Springs, California This year's Esri Partner Conference (EPC) once again provided a central platform for exchange within the community. Several hundred participants took the opportunity to learn about current business strategies, technological trends and new products.

In his opening speech, Jack Dangermond, founder and president of Esri Inc., presented the latest developments in the ArcGIS system and illustrated their innovative power using groundbreaking practical examples.

As a silver sponsor, con terra continued to support the EPC and the subsequent Developer Summit. The diverse sessions and, above all, personal exchanges with partners and Esri colleagues provided valuable insights into business strategies, technological trends and product innovations.

Expertise in demand

For over four years, con terra has been represented on the Esri Partner Advisory Council, which meets regularly on the fringes of the EPC. Our perspective as one of the few European partners in the Council is valued there, and we are pleased to be able to make a relevant contribution to the further development of the global partner program.

On Tuesday, 11.03.25, the Developer & Technology Summit began - a conference with a strong technical focus, characterized by inspiring impulses and interactive formats. Developers from con terra were also present to find out about the latest GIS trends and enhancements to Esri's technology stack. The focus was not only on the possible applications of the technologies, but in particular on the creative and functional customization options for developers.

With many new insights, we look forward with motivation to implementation in practice, and the further development of our customer projects. The innovations in the context of AI integration and improvements to 3D web functionalities were particularly exciting. There were also many interesting improvements and innovations for developers, e.g. the ArcGIS Pro Python Debugging Extension for Visual Studio. The plenary events can be viewed free of charge at Esri.
